Naylia (Nelly) Abdrashitova | Sales and Operations Manager

Nelly charms with unparalleled empathy, eternal optimism, deep understanding of opals and ability to find what one needs fast. She has a Master’s degree in International Business, and is fluent in Russian and Tatar.

Olga Marciniak | Sales and Marketing Manager

An ex-model, Olga lived most of her adult life in Italy. A good listener, she captivates with her unique way of seeing opals and design. Olga has a Master’s degree in Culture Management, and speaks Polish, Italian and some Spanish.
