The opal gem in this opal ring comes from our own opal mines in Jundah-Opalville, Australia. It is a solid, untreated boulder opal from the opal field known for many types of opals, including “Galaxy,” the largest precious fine boulder opal ever found. Our Jundah-Opalville opals are superbly crafted to reveal an electrifying vibrancy of colour. This particular opal has a black, brown and blue contrast, which shifts and changes as the gem moves.
